David and Young Custom Design Services

 

Looking to make hats with your logo on it for staff and customers? Got a custom design you'd like to see embroidered onto your favorite baseball cap? David and Young has got you covered! We offer in-house embroidery and design services for our customers. Embroidery is done in our facility based out of Secaucus, NJ allowing us to oversee the entire embroidery process. Our custom orders have an average 2 week turn-around time. 

Below are the basic requirements for placing a custom embroidery order:

• 24pcs minimum per DESIGN
• total amount for order must be $150 or more
• sold in 6pc pre-packs (must order hats in 6pc increments)
• design cannot be more than 3.5in width x 2.4in height

Pricing:

• Pricing for each order will vary depending on the hat body and stitch count of the design
• A one-time $25 set up fee is required for each design.

Fonts:

• Below you will find a selection of in-house fonts we offer. You are welcome to choose from the fonts below when creating your embroidery design. You can also forward us custom fonts of your choosing for our design team to review.

Thread Color:

• Below, you will find a variety of thread colors available for selection. Feel free to choose from these colors when designing your embroidery. Additionally, you may provide us with other colors of your preference for our design team to consider.
